AGOMPS UPPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to the platform for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including abusive behavior or misuse of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh.
